Jewelry warranty
Jewelers do not provide a guarantee against breakage of jewelry. Unfortunately, earrings can break if they get caught on something during, for example, changing clothes, playing or exercising or due to careless use. Always be careful, a piece of jewelry is a fragile thing.
We do provide a warranty on the jewelry for 1 month after purchase, provided it has been worn properly. After this period you can take advantage of a leniency arrangement: from 1 to 3 months you will receive a 50% discount on a new piece of jewelry, from 4 months to 6 months this discount is 25%. This discount is calculated on the price of the originally purchased piece of jewelry.
The warranty starts on the day we send the jewelry to you. Keep this in mind if you want to use the earrings at a later date or give them as a gift. Please check them upon receipt. For hygienic reasons, we always send the earrings sealed. Make sure that this seal is not broken as this will void the right of return.
The warranty does not cover: scratches and dents and other damage that may arise from daily use, fall damage, nor damage/discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals such as some types of shampoos, perfume, make-up, hair styling products, chlorinated water, etc. Therefore, take the earrings out while showering/bathing, swimming, exercising and sleeping. Loss of earrings and end stops is not covered by the warranty.
If you want to make use of the warranty, send an email to info@huidvriendelijkesieraden.nl with the description of the complaint, a photo and the date of purchase. If necessary, we can also ask you to send the item to us, but only do this if we ask you to do so.
